We have been using this company for several years to do both gutter cleaning and cleaning the concrete patio and driveway…. We have never been disappointed! They are very careful with our property, always very professional and it always looks amazing when they are done! They explain what they are doing and are great at answering questions that we may have. They also check with us before leaving to make sure everything is as we expected. Soft Works, a Christian based company, presented themselves from start to finish with kindness and professionalism. Tim Hardison, the owner and the company as a whole could not have been kinder in their treatment of me as a widow and handicapped person. They were respectful and more than fair. Chris, the scheduler, kept me updated regarding the products to be used and their application. Tye, the technician, called to advise of his arrival time. He was prompt, professional and respectful of both my person and property. The sidewalks and patio are as white as they were when we moved in 25 years ago. The aggregate driveway stones shine like new. The siding and windows are as clean as they were when the house was first built. I could not be more pleased. My property has been cleaned many times previously never to the effect it is today because of Soft Works Power Washing. If you treasure your home like I do call Soft Works in Yorktown today. You’ll be glad you did. I certainly am.

Soft Wash Powerwashing did a great job cleaning my house today. The technician, Luke, walked around the house with me afterwards to see if I had any concerns and I did notice a small area on the roof trim that needed a little more cleaning. He immediately addressed it and again made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before leaving.

My nearly four old home was power washed and had its windows cleaned for the first time. Spencer & Luke did a great job and were very careful not to damage any of the landscaping. I would have had them whiten the rain gutters too, but they were temporarily out of that cleaning liquid. I was so impressed with their work that I have arranged for them to come back and whiten the gutters when they obtain more of the liquid.

Chris and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the home exterior, roof and driveway. You never know how dirty until they spray the foaming cleanser, mildew killer on the siding and roof, and then rinse it off. They took care not to harm the plants or grass.

Was very happy with the results of Soft Works and the gentlemen that provided the service along with the owner were very nice and professional. Made me feel very comfortable going with them.

The only thing that I did notice was that some of the leaves associated with my flowers/shrubs turned yellow ish brown. I’m hoping this is just something that the leaves will fall off and then the new growth will be green once again. But besides that very pleased with the cleaning of my house, roof, shed and walkways.
